Prodigy Camp 2010 brought 20 young talented filmmakers together on scenic Whidbey Island, near Seattle, for an unforgettable week of learning about filmmaking.

From June 24th-30th, the program's faculty of award-winning filmmakers instructed students on the ins and outs of filmmaking.

Downtime found the students playing frisbee and doing bellyflops off of the dock. Evenings were spent storytelling on the waterfront around the campfire, the students forging a lifelong bond.

"The most powerful experience I had this week, besides writing and directing my own scene, was discovering things about the rest of the people at camp," said one camper.

Another student summed the week up: "I now feel I have the power to CREATE."
